A history of disqualified driving violations from 20 years ago, along with another charge, resulted in a decade-long driving prohibition for Chad Henderson.

The man was sentenced in Kindersley court on June 6.

Henderson pleaded guilty to three charges, including disqualified operation of a motor vehicle, breach of probation and theft under $5,000.

He received a lengthy conditional sentence order (CSO), a 10-year driving prohibition, a restitution order and fines. Henderson also received a consecutive CSO with respect to the theft charge.

Court heard that Henderson was already on a court order when he was charged with driving while disqualified. The accused admitted to a lengthy criminal record.
